• Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128‑bed, full‑service, acute‑care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state‑of‑the‑art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU.

The Scheduler arranges appointments for surgical and non‑surgical procedures along with pre‑surgical testing for various specialties.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Understanding and use of Electronic Health Record (EMR)
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Associate’s degree.
• Certified Scheduling Technician (CST).
• 1+ years’ experience in a hospital or physician practice setting.

Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
