• Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128‑bed, full‑service, acute‑care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state‑of‑the‑art maternity center, a women’s imaging center, and an ICU.

• This position serves as an on‑site administrative representative.
• They will facilitate communication and problem resolution among hospital staff, medical staff and regulatory agencies.
• This person routinely rounds through hospital departments, coordinating human resources necessary for hospital functioning and patient care.
• They will enforce organizational policies consistent with administrative guidelines and consultation obtained from the administrator on call.

• Graduate of an NLN/AACN‑accredited program in nursing
• Two (2) years of successful leadership experience required.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience within the assigned service area is required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with NJ Board of Nursing
• PVMC accepts resuscitation skills certification issued by the American/Heart Association (AHA) and AHA – AHA‑authorized training centers. Only certification cards issued by ARC and AHA are acceptable proofs of certification and the following active certifications are required upon hire:
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
• ACLS certification through AHA
• PALS certification through AHA

• Experience with patient safety best practices
