• Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU.

The Receptionist provides a superior level of secretarial duties and reception services to the doctor, patients, and staff.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Higher education may be substituted for experience.
• 1+ years’ experience in customer service.
• Basic to intermediate EMR knowledge.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced clinical environment, engage patients, peers, and supervisors in a dedicated, comforting, respectful, and effective way, and has the ability to adapt to change.

• Associate’s degree in a related field of study.

Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education, and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
