Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dining Room Manager located in Haworth, NJ. The Dining Room Manager will oversee daily operations of the dining room (and outdoor during the peak season), ensure excellent customer service, and maintain the highest standards of food and beverage service. Responsibilities include managing and training staff, coordinating with the kitchen team, ensuring dining areas are clean and well-maintained, and handling member and guest inquiries and concerns to ensure a seamless dining experience.

This role involves working closely with team members to uphold the club’s reputation for exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications
  • Strong experience in Customer Service with a focus on delivering exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, with attention to quality service standards
  • Ability to train and supervise staff effectively, fostering a collaborative and professional team environment
  • Basic knowledge of Cooking to facilitate effective communication with kitchen staff
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
  • Prior experience in hospitality or fine dining is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
