What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the entire recruitment cycle, managing both clients and candidates from first contact through placement
• Build and expand your own client portfolio through proactive outreach and relationship-building
• Identify, engage, and qualify professionals for mid-to-executive level openings
• Advise clients on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and market conditions
• Manage offer negotiations and drive successful placements
• Keep the CRM system updated and ensure a smooth, organized workflow
• Work closely with colleagues to exchange market knowledge and strengthen team performance

You should have the following experience

• 3–5 + years of hands-on experience running a full desk in a staffing or search firm
• Familiarity with one or all Technology, Sales & Marketing or Accounting & Finance (Financial Services sectors is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to develop new business and consistently deliver results
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable operating independently in a high-energy environment
