As an ICU Travel RN, you’ll be entrusted with critical responsibilities that demand clinical excellence, rapid judgment, and collaborative leadership:

• Deliver direct patient care to critically ill adults with comprehensive monitoring, including hemodynamics, ventilator management, arterial lines, and vasoactive infusions.
• Perform timely assessments, interpret complex data, titrate therapies, and adjust care plans in partnership with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the broader ICU team.
• Lead respiratory management for patients requiring advanced supports, ensure sedation and analgesia are properly managed, and implement delirium prevention and recovery strategies.
