We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join a specialist manufacturer of high-performance protective clothing. Based at the offices in Wetherby this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their sales career within a niche and growing market.

You will be responsible for supporting new business development and managing existing customer accounts, primarily through telephone, email, and video communication. Working closely with the wider sales team, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and delivering an outstanding customer experience with potential of both UK and international markets.

• Take ownership of business development across your assigned regions and sectors
• Identify and focus on high-potential organisations within custodial, security, and facilities management environments
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from initial outreach through to closing deals
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers and confidently communicate the value of solutions
• Navigate challenges and objections with resilience and a solutions-focused approach

• An experienced salesperson with a track record of growing and managing a pipeline across a variety of industries
• A background in mapping out markets and developing both new and existing business opportunities
• A genuine interest in developing product knowledge within a specialist sector
