How You'll Help Us Live Our Purpose
We have been helping members save for their future and buy their own homes since 1875. As part of our dedicated team at the Wetherby Branch, you will help make home ownership accessible to more people, generation after generation.
Responsibilities- Welcoming customers and providing friendly service at the branch.
- Assisting with branch‑based products and services, including opening savings accounts.
- Making follow‑up calls and taking incoming calls to discuss available products.
- Completing daily administrative tasks such as booking appointments, scanning, letter writing, processing post, and keeping customer records accurate.
- Experience of working with customers and delivering exceptional service.
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills for accurate cash transactions.
- Resilience and the ability to manage challenging customer situations.
- A passion and drive to achieve good customer outcomes.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office or in‑house computer packages.
