Telemarketing Representative

Role Description

The Telemarketing Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Wetherby. In this position, the team member will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce SO-Trak’s solutions, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up meetings or demonstrations for the sales team. The role involves answering inbound inquiries, providing clear information about products and services, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems.

Daily tasks include following call scripts where appropriate, updating contact details, gathering customer feedback, and supporting campaigns targeted at reducing plant theft and optimizing fleet performance. Collaboration with sales and customer support colleagues is expected to ensure a smooth handover of leads and consistent customer experience.

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries and build positive, long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to conduct professional, clear, and engaging conversations.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and support conversion of prospects into customers.
• Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM or call-tracking software are beneficial.
• Ability to work in an on-site team environment in Wetherby, with reliability, time management, and attention to detail.
• Previous telemarketing, inside sales, or call center experience is an advantage but not strictly required.
