- Hold a recognisedHLTA qualification alongside proven experience as a teaching assistant within aprimary school setting.
- Act as an experienced primary school practitioner who actively enhances and develops the interaction, communication, and educational needs of all pupils.
- Utilise HLTAexpertise and qualifications to confidently cover PPA and release time forteachers across all year groups, including managing short-term and last-minute absence cover with a highly flexible, adaptable attitude.
- Work as an effective, hard-working team player within the Key Stage team, reporting regularly to class teachers regarding pupil progress, achievements, and any challenges.
- Maintain a safe,positive, and stimulating learning environment while consistently promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils.
- Demonstrate acommitment to raising pupil achievement, maintaining consistently high expectations for all learners, and modelling the core values of our school.
- Possess excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build strong, positive relationships across the entire school staff team.
- Bring strong organisational skills, reliable work ethic, and a genuine passion for developing children's learning to the daily routine.
