This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Boston Spa for a Financial Adviser at Berry & Oak. The Financial Adviser will work closely with clients to provide expert financial advice on long‑term investment planning, retirement planning, tax strategies, and wealth management. The role involves conducting financial analyses, preparing comprehensive financial plans, and delivering tailored recommendations aligned with clients' goals. The Financial Adviser will also maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring consistent, high‑quality service and meeting compliance requirements.

• Strong expertise in financial planning, retirement planning, tax planning, and investment management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills for conducting financial analyses and creating personalized strategies
• Attention to detail and precision in preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance
• Proficiency in financial planning software and tools
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team
• Advanced Professional qualifications such as CII advanced Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, chartered or certified are highly desirable
• Track record of delivering an exceptional client service experience
