, giving you close access to advisers, senior paraplanners, client support and operations, meaning you're never siloed or left without guidance.
The firm supports HNW clients
, often with complex planning needs across pensions, investments, tax, trusts and estate planning. You'll be part of a boutique environment where quality always comes before quantity

You’ll work closely with advisers to deliver high quality research, analysis, financial plans and suitability reports. This is a technical paraplanning role with direct involvement in client meetings, workflow management and complex HNW planning.
Key Responsibilities- Research & analysis for planners
- Producing financial plans & suitability reports
- Preparing documentation for recommendations
- Attending client meetings; taking notes & completing follow-ups Workflow management & compliance oversight
- Handling technical client/provider queries
- Supporting advisers with complex planning cases
- Level 4 Diploma (minimum)
- 18 months+ paraplanning experience
- Strong technical knowledge (pensions, investments)
- Excellent report writing &
market research skills - Experience working with HNW clients
- High accuracy, strong communication, able to work independently
- £35,000-£45,000 + bonus up to 15%
