Our 18-bed care home is dedicated to providing care and support to individuals with physical disabilities, ensuring a comfortable and nurturing environment that feels just like home.

This is a full-time role, working 40.5 hours per week over 4 days. This will be split into 3 x 11.5 hour shifts & 1x 6 hour shift. You’ll need to be flexible to work all shifts including on weekends as part of a rota.

• Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (from 8pm - 8.30pm) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.

• Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication
• Encourage independence through a person-centred approach
• Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities
• Keep clear, accurate records
• Most importantly - help each person live life on their own terms

No previous care experience? No problem - we’ll give you all the training you need.

• Previous experience as a support worker with learning disabilities
• Warm, friendly and empathetic approach
• Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Personal care experience (helpful, but not essential)
• A genuine desire to help others and make a difference
