• Managing a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion
• Handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Dealing with remortgages and associated transactions
• Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the process
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
• Contributing to the continued growth and reputation of the firm

• A solicitor who can handle a full caseload of files
• A track record handling freehold, leasehold and remortgage matters

Salary of £40,000-£45,000 depending on experience
