• Manual deburring of precision machined components
• Using hand tools including files, scrapers, stones and deburring blades
• Polishing and surface finishing to detailed drawing requirements
• Removing sharp edges and blending radii to exact tolerances
• Working under magnification where required for fine‑detail finishing
• Inspecting parts visually against drawings and escalating non‑conformances

• Previous experience in manual deburring or metal finishing
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong understanding of tolerances and surface finish requirements
• Experience working to tight tolerances on small precision components
• Familiarity with materials such as stainless steel, titanium or aluminium
