Martin House is seeking a passionate Gardener / Maintenance Operative to maintain and develop our grounds at Boston Spa. You will deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance across the estate, keeping gardens, grounds and equipment safe and fully operational.
The ideal candidate will hold a Level 2 qualification in Horticulture or a related subject, enjoy working outdoors, and have a practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail and a commitment to health and safety.
