The Crown Hotel at Boston Spa is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in running a kitchen with a relaxed, non‑blaming culture. You’ll learn the current menu and help with recruitment, training, supplier relations and menu development.
Lead and motivate the team, oversee ordering, stock and food preparation, ensure health and hygiene compliance, and drive food quality and service in a supportive environment.
