Accounts Payable Clerk

Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing distribution company, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join their accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a collaborative, supportive group.

• Process high-volume vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency
• Perform 3-way match and ensure proper coding of invoices
• Maintain vendor files and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Reconcile AP statements and support month-end close
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely payments
• Utilize SAP daily for invoice entry, vendor management, and reporting
• Assist with additional accounting duties as needed

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience (distribution or manufacturing preferred)
• SAP experience required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume environment
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in MS Excel and general accounting systems
