Typical DayYou will answer phones and greet clients with a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner; match clients with the best‑suited tax professional; schedule appointments; ensure all client needs are met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually; maintain office cleanliness and organization; handle other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience (preferred)
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Multi‑tasking ability
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
