In this branch-based role, you’ll take the lead on complex loan files, solve challenges before they become obstacles, and guide team members toward best-in‑class processing practices. You’ll be the quality checkpoint that ensures every loan file—whether it’s a mortgage, home equity, personal, or auto loan—is complete, compliant, and ready for underwriting. That means:

• Managing complex loan files from start to finish.
• Verifying income, assets, employment, and documentation with precision.
• Resolving discrepancies quickly to keep closings on track.

You won’t work in a silo. You’ll partner with loan officers, underwriters, and members to:

• Gather missing information and documentation.
• Address underwriting questions with clarity and speed.
• Keep borrowers updated every step of the way.

Your experience will help others grow. You’ll:

• Support junior processors with complex files and best practices.
• Share process insights that improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Model professionalism, confidentiality, and member‑first service.

• 5+ years in loan processing (real estate lending experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and compliance requirements.
• Sharp organizational skills with a love for detail.
