• Strong organizational skills
• Motivated and driven by reaching goals and growth
• Financial industry knowledge/experience preferred
• Experience with MS Office, Excel and Salesforce preferred
• Ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail
• 4‑Year college degree in business or finance (please do not apply if you have not graduated yet)

• Responsible for preparing risk reports, income analysis, and one‑page deliverables for prospective client meetings
• Prepare documents for upcoming review appointments with existing clients
• Manage Salesforce data and ensure records are kept
• Produce additional analysis reports for advisors as requested
• Maintain accurate filing records to satisfy federal regulator requirements
• Support the specialist department with any additional tasks
