** - Exciting opportunity to work in Home Care Division
- Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM - No call responsibilities - Provide high-quality patient care in a home setting - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop effective treatment plans - Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families - Minimum 1 year of home care experience required
** Requirements:** - Current PTA license - Connecticut license required before starting - BLS/BCLS certification
