Salary Range: $90,000-$95,000

Key Responsibilities of the Senior HR Generalist
- Manage multi-state leave administration to support consistent employee and business processes.
- Coordinate workers’ compensation matters and related HR follow-through.
- Respond to employee questions through email, phone, and other channels during open enrollment.
- Use Workday across HR, recruiting, and payroll processes.
- Support HR operations and employee relations through clear, professional communication.
Must-Have Skills/Experience
- Workday experience in an HR environment.
- Multi-state HR experience, including leaves administration and workers’ compensation.
- Strong employee relations and communication skills
