Position Overview:The firm is seeking a Senior Civil Litigation Attorney with at least 10 years of experience to join their team. This attorney will handle a broad range of civil litigation matters, managing cases from intake through trial, and will play a critical role contributing to overall firm growth long term.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and litigate a wide variety of civil cases, including all phases from pleadings to trial.
- Develop strategies, draft motions, conduct depositions, and appear in court on behalf of clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented, non-hierarchical environment.
- Deliver strong client service through clear communication and advocacy.
- 10+ years of civil litigation experience, ideally with significant courtroom exposure.
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
- Licensed to practice in Connecticut;
Massachusetts admission is a plus. - A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a team-focused environment.
