  • This position is full‑time, following a first shift schedule, 40 hours per week, based in Wethersfield, CT, with occasional statewide travel for meetings, training, site visits, inspections, and other activities.
  • After successful completion of the working test period, the role may offer a hybrid telework schedule, providing greater work flexibility.
  • In this essential role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of requests for proposals (RFP), grants, and contracts for both facility and community‑based health and human service programs.
  • Your work will ensure compliance with policies and regulations, facilitate the development of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), prepare contracts and agreements, manage payments, and oversee budget allocations to maximize program effectiveness.
