What You'll DoAs an RN Unit Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the nursing staff within a dedicated unit. Your role is instrumental in ensuring the delivery of quality care, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the unit
- Develop and implement care plans, ensuring individualized resident care
- Supervise daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards and compliance
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-being
- All shifts available now including per diem & temp-to-hire

Starting from USD $60.00/Hr.
What You'll BringQualifications of a Unit Manager include:
- Valid state RN nursing license
- Advanced degree or certification preferred
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care; interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill with the ability to work with both
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
