Assistant Director of Nursing (RN)

• Work closely with the Director of Nursing to set and achieve clinical program objectives aligned with our mission.
• Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and oversee daily clinical operations.
• Manage staffing, training, and quality assurance for nursing operations.
• Mentor and inspire a team of nurses and healthcare professionals.
• Develop and implement care plans and protocols in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary liaison between nursing units and the director in the director’s absence.

• Valid state RN license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in a nursing leadership role in long‑term care or similar settings.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
