As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and support store recovery efforts in a fast‑paced retail setting.

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience and interact with all customers.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customer according to established operating procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and maintain store merchandising standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and the entire store.
• Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multitasking and responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Retail customer experience preferred.
