• Handle production for key items to support Deli-CMS, Meat‑Seafood, Bakery, and Produce departments
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items across the store and assist guests in finding products and completing meal solutions
• Ensure excellent products are ready for guests by inspecting store products for proper rotation, cleaning, sanitation procedures, and completing reports as needed
• Follow all The Fresh Market standards, policies, and protocols
• Present yourself in a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards

Schedule requires the willingness to work a shift from 3 am to 11 am. Typical days off are Sunday and Wednesday. A shift differential of $2.00 per hour applies for hours between 12 am and 5 am. Flexible scheduling—including weekends, evenings, and holidays—is expected.

• A passion for providing extraordinary service
• At least 18 years of age

• Experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industries
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Production Planning Software

• Repetitive hand/arm movements, grasping, bending, reaching; ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds
• Exposure to extreme temperatures
• Use of tools/equipment: knives, ladders, stepstools, box cutters, pallet jacks, etc.
• Long periods of standing or walking (up to 4 hours or as required by labor law)
• Required to wear approved hat, hair net, or beard guard, and personal protective equipment
