Overview

We help good stewards protect the fruits of their labor with value centered estate planning and elder law solutions.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.;
Friday 8:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Position Summary

This role provides support for both client-facing operations and the management of probate and estate planning matters. This role ensures smooth day-to-day office operations while supporting attorneys and the Director of Client Services in client intake and communications. This position can expect 30-40 hours of work per week.

Responsibilities
  • Support Director of Client Services in answering calls, emails, and conducting initial client intake.
  • Draft and manage probate case files, including scheduling, document tracking, and correspondence.
  • Lead, organize, and track trust funding projects and coordination with financial institutions.
  • Prepare client communications, newsletters, and firm announcements.
  • Provide general administrative support to attorneys, including document preparation and proofreading.
  • Serve as a notary and a witness on legal documents.
  • Assist in tracking deadlines and ensuring timely follow-up on client matters.
Qualifications
  • Professional experience in administration, banking, finance, the legal profession, or related fields preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated problem solving abilities and initiative.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • At least five years of experience preferred.
