Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative staff, facilitating discussions on treatment programs and resolving issues as needed.
- Provide clinical supervision to the Mental Health Services team to ensure the provision of effective, timely care.
- Lead the development, revision, and implementation of policies and procedures for the assessment, identification, and provision of clinical services.
- Oversee the planning, development, and execution of treatment programs contracted to Yes Care.
- Ensure the integration and appropriate staffing of contracted treatment programs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of Mental Health Services to guarantee that clinical services are delivered professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate and oversee the facility’s mental health Quality Improvement Program to continuously enhance care standards.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection of qualified clinical staff, including psychiatric professionals.
- Provide administrative support to psychiatric staff to enhance service delivery and team collaboration.
- Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field required.
- Doctorate in Psychology or related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Licensed (or license eligible with application pending) to practice psychology in the state where services are provided.
- Satisfactory background investigation report required.
- Must pass security clearance and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
