Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13 per hour

• Assist with patient care and eye examinations
• Explain the examination process to patients and prepare them
• Administer visual exams with precision and care
• Provide exceptional customer service during all patient encounters
• Chart patient s vision history accurately
• Operate a variety of testing equipment including manual lensometer, auto-lensometer, autorefractor/keratometer, retinal camera, visual field, or OCT
• Follow protocols for equipment testing and maintenance
• Maintain a clean and sanitized examination environment
• Display proficiency in eye anatomy, diseases, symptoms, and ocular medications

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate demeanor with patients
• Prior experience in optometry is a plus, but not required

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Wetumpka, AL 36092:
  Relocate before starting work (Required)
