Sie tragen Verantwortung für korrekte Auftragsausführung und behalten den Überblick über alle Baustellenarbeiten. Sie führen kleine bis mittlere Gruppen, verteilen Aufgaben, überwachen Arbeiten, organisieren Material und Geräte und arbeiten bei anspruchsvollen Aufgaben selbst mit.
