Verantwortung
- Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft 365 / Azure
- Softwareverteilung über Intune und Geräte-Lifecycle-Management
- Sicherstellung eines stabilen ICT-Betriebs
- 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support, inkl. Vor-Ort-Einsätze
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern
- Dokumentation, Standards und Anleitungen pflegen
- Unterstützung bei Projekten und technische Weiterentwicklung
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (EFZ/HF/FH) oder vergleichbare Praxis
- Erfahrung in Systemadministration und Endpoint-Management
- Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Netzwerken und IT-Security
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
