Stiftung Ancora-Meilestei in Wetzikon sucht per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Fachmitarbeiter/in Sozialdienst 80%. Sie begleiten Menschen in ihrem beruflichen Integrationsprozess, von der Standortbestimmung bis zum Einstieg in eine neue Zukunft, im Team des Sozialdienstes.
Sie arbeiten eng mit internen Bereichen und externen Arbeitgebern zusammen, unterstützen beim Arbeitsversuch, in der Ausbildung (Supported Education) oder bei der Entwicklung von mehr Selbstständigkeit.
