Amazing Accounts Senior opportunity arriving in West Sussex! The client we are working with is a Top 30 UK accountancy firm that promotes innovation, employee development, and collaboration. They are a leading firm of Accountants operating across the UK and are now looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join their West Sussex team. Responsibilities:
As an Accounts Senior, you will… Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, delivering high-quality statutory and management accounts. Prepare financial statements in compliance with UK GAAP and FRS 102. Review the work of junior team members, providing coaching and constructive feedback to support their development. Liaise directly with clients to resolve accounting queries and provide proactive business advice.

Assist with tax computations and liaise with the tax team to ensure deadlines are met. Work closely with Managers and Partners to identify opportunities for improving client service and adding commercial value. Requirements:
As an Accounts Senior, you will need… Prior experience in an accountancy practice environment preparing and reviewing accounts. Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards (UK GAAP, FRS 102). Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Part-qualified or fully qualified ACCA/ACA. Benefits:
