Reed Practice have been engaged by this highly reputable firm to recruit an Audit & Accounts Senior , following sustained business growth and a number of internal promotions. The Role In this varied and progressive role, you will work across a diverse portfolio of clients — from sole traders through to limited companies across a broad range of sectors. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing statutory accounts for a variety of clients Supporting the Audit Manager during the audit process Reviewing work completed by junior team members, offering guidance and technical support Preparing schedules for tax returns Finalising VAT returns About You To thrive in this role, you will ideally have:
Completed or be currently studying ACCA, ACA or equivalent Experience in both audit and accounts preparation within a UK accountancy practice Strong IT aptitude with knowledge of systems such as CCH and Case Ware Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and client-facing A natural analytical mindset and the ability to manage workloads effectively What’s on Offer?
