Key Responsibilities:
* Manage subcontractor and supplier set-ups, agreements, and documentation compliance
* Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and support payment runs
* Assist the Commercial team with day-to-day administration and site payment queries
* Coordinate meetings, diary management, and maintain commercial records
Key
Skills:
* Strong administration and organisational experience, ideally within construction or finance
* Confident IT skills (MS Office, commercial systems experience beneficial)
* Detail-focused, able to prioritise and work to deadlines
