oin us as a Senior Team Administrator and play a vital role in supporting education services that make a real difference to children and families.
The office base for this position is
Dakota, 11 De Havilland Drive, Weybridge KT13 0YP
, and the role allows for hybrid working. Our Educationbusiness support teams provide support to front line workers and, whilst you won't be required in the office five days a week, there is the expectation you will work in the office on a rota basis at least two days a week. Core working hours are 09:00-17:00 to ensure full cover is provided to operational teams and front-line call lines.

We are seeking a full-time Senior Team Administrator to join our dynamic Business Support Team within the Children, Families & Lifelong Learning directorate. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will play a key part in supporting education services and ensuring smooth, efficient processes for frontline teams.
As a Senior Team Administrator, you will:- Work collaboratively
with education professionals and partner agencies to deliver timely and accurate support. - Manage complex workflows
, ensuring priorities are met and processes run seamlessly. - Guide and support junior colleagues
, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Processing referrals and distributing reports.
- Liaising with professionals across Education and external agencies.
- Maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Responding to telephone enquiries and providing clear, professional communication.
- Taking and distributing meeting notes promptly to all relevant parties.
- Monitoring timescales and providing performance information to support service delivery.
- Highly organised
, proactive, and confident in setting priorities and meeting deadlines. - Skilled at using initiative and identifying opportunities for streamlining and process improvement
. - Comfortable taking ownership of specific areas and ensuring all aspects of workflow are completed to a high standard.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication.
- Experience handling confidential information in a customer-focused environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising accuracy or quality.
