The Role:

Were offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our team. As an Administration Apprentice, youll have the opportunity to learn and grow alongside industry professionals. Youll play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our London office. We will also support you through a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship qualification

In this role youll build strong foundations in administration developing essential skills in organisation, communication, and service delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Handling phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
Supporting the contracts managers in contacting customers, managing schedules and organising events
Gaining hands-on experience with various office software and systems.
