Compliance Administrator

We are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our client's team on a 3-month temporary basis. This is a detail-focused administrative role involving the review of client documentation and reports to ensure all information is complete, accurate and correctly recorded.

The role will suit someone who is comfortable with repetitive, process-driven work and has excellent attention to detail.

Duties:

• Reviewing client packs and documentation
• Checking information for accuracy and completeness
• Reviewing reports and identifying any missing or incorrect information
• Ensuring data is accurately recorded and maintained
• Following established processes and compliance procedures
• Carrying out repetitive administrative tasks efficiently and consistently
• Flagging discrepancies or missing information where required
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy across all work

Requirements:

• Recent data entry and administration skills
• A methodical and organised approach to work
• The ability to spot errors and discrepancies
• Confidence working with large volumes of information
• Good computer skills
• A reliable and professional approach
• Availability to start ASAP
