Duties of the Motorcycle Technician:

Conducting comprehensive motorcycle health checks
Performing diagnostics using manufacturer online systems and specialised tools
Replacing, repairing, and maintaining motorcycle components
Maintaining accurate and detailed job cards
Ensuring all work adheres to manufacturer guidelines and quality standards
Achieving daily sales and productivity targets efficiently
Supporting the team with technical advice and expertise in motorcycle servicing and repairs

Requirements:

Full motorcycle Category A licence essential
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in motorcycle maintenance
Proven experience as a motorcycle technician
Strong diagnostic and technical skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Enthusiastic attitude towards ongoing training and career development
