Duties
  • Perform metal repairs, dent removal, and preparation work on vehicles
  • Assist with light painting and polishing tasks, with scope to learn painting techniques
  • Handle general bodywork including MET work and vehicle preparation
  • Maintain workshop cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards
  • Ensure repairs are completed to high standards with first-time fix principles
  • Contribute to team efforts in maintaining insurer relationships and delivering quality workmanship
Requirements
  • Genuine enthusiasm for vehicle repairs and a keen interest in bodyshop work
  • Willingness to learn multiple repair disciplines with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
  • Prior experience in a bodyshop environment is advantageous but not essential
  • Basic understanding of body repair techniques; painting experience is a plus
  • Interest in developing skills further through industry training, including EV and ADAS systems
