Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor 5 plus years experience required for a Junior / Intermediate QS role in the Weybridge area.

This position is with a fast growing and ambitious civil engineering company who offer Project Management, demolition, civil engineering including groundworks, foundations, drainage, basements, landscaping and utilities within the private sector.

• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
• Maintain material supplier's database
• Assess tender documents to ensure sufficient information available to prepare tender
• Take off quantities
• Prepare and issue sub-contract enquiries and assessment of quotations upon receipt
• Pricing of Excavations, Concrete, Brickwork, basements, Drainage, External works and landscaping
• Complete tender documents for submission
