Laing O'Rourke is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management on a landmark government science and research project in Weybridge and a central-London site. You will drive cost control, change management and reporting across multiple work packages.
Ideal candidates will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, NEC contracts experience and a strong track record delivering large infrastructure, healthcare or life sciences schemes with excellent stakeholder skills.
