Nursery Curriculum Practitioner – Weybridge
This role requires a Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years.

Salary:
Up to £30,000 per year (depending on qualifications & experience)

- Lead the design, implementation and evaluation of the room’s curriculum in line with EYFS principles and the setting’s curriculum intent
- Ensure a clear progression of learning, building knowledge and confidence in the curriculum with the team.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment in line with EYFS standards
- Monitor, record, and celebrate milestones in children’s development
- Communicate effectively with families to build strong relationships
- Lead and support colleagues to maintain high-quality care and learning
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies
- Full & relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification – essential
- Previous experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator)
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood education
- A commitment to delivering the highest standards of care
