Principal Structural Engineer

Principal Structural Engineer - Leeds - c £65K A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Principal Structural Engineer to join a growing employee-owned multidisciplinary consultancy, delivering a variety of building structures projects across the UK. As Principal Structural Engineer you will be responsible to Lead and manage structural projects through to completion, including projects up to £75M. Benefits Market-leading salary. The Role Design across a range of structural materials, including steel, concrete, timber and masonry. Undertake structural analysis, 3D modelling, feasibility studies and appraisals. Prepare reports, specifications, calculations, designs and drawings. Coordinate with Infrastructure and Geo-environmental teams. Carry out site visits and inspections. Lead, mentor and coordinate engineers, graduates and technicians. Support client relationships, networking and business development. Requirements Chartered/ Incorporated Engineer, or approaching professional qualification, with IStructE or ICE .

10 years' relevant structural engineering experience. Proven experience delivering building structures projects up to £75M. Strong structural design and technical knowledge.

Experience with TEDDS, Tekla Structural Designer, Fastrack Portal Frame, CADS Wall Panel, P Frame and Master series Retaining Wall . Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally. All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
