Fractional Finance Director

Position: Fractional Finance Director - 1 day per week
Atkinson Moss Leadership have been engaged to support a growth seed business with a new appointment of a Fractional Finance Lead. This position would suit someone already working within the fractional space. Salary range: £ to £125,000 FTE (approx £500 PAYE / £675 PSC) Requirement: 1 day per week (preference onsite but open to hybrid) Responsibilities Provide the leadership team with ongoing analysis of the business financial position.

Creation of processes and financial management as expected within an early-stage growth businesses. Play a key role in strategic decision making.
