Manage the accounts team (purchase ledger, sales ledger, payroll). Oversee supplier payments and cashflow control. Produce monthly management accounts, KPI reporting and variance analysis. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and year-end/audit processes. Manage VAT, Intrastat/EC Sales, and intercompany recharges. Reconcile bank and balance sheet control accounts. Oversee invoice finance facility reporting. Monitor capex, tooling control, stock movement and costing. Ensure compliance with policies and improve finance systems/processes.
Skills, Requirements, Qualifications ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified Team management experience. Manufacturing/engineering finance background with stock/costing knowledge. Strong technical accounting, reporting and analytical skills. Excellent IT (Office 365), communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
