Senior Finance Business Partner

Reed Finance is proud to be working in partnership with a global business to recruit a bright and dynamic Senior Finance Business Partner. Working closely with the Financial Controller and wider business functions, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and analytics in order to drive operational performance.

Duties Include:

Partner with operational managers to provide financial insight and support effective decision-making. Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses. Drive cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for operational improvements. Support the budgeting and forecasting process across multiple departments. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations. Assist in month-end and year-end processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Support the development of financial models and business cases for new projects.

Collaborate with the wider finance team on process improvements and system enhancements. Requirements:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Logistics, Transport or FMCG experience is highly preferred Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The Business:
